Der Torque sealant der Lackfabrik Bäder GmbH & Co. KG ist ein extrem schnell trocknendes Sicherungslack-System, welches sich durch ein hervorragendes Antiablaufverhalten und gute Hafteigenschaften auszeichnet.
Unser Torque sealant Fast Dry ist das unentbehrliche Hilfsmittel zum Sichern, Signieren, Plombieren, Versiegeln, sowie zum Manipulationsnachweis. Er wird verwendet an Schraub‑, Steck- und Gehäuseverbindungen in der Automobilindustrie, der Luftfahrt, in Elektronik, Maschinenbau und Feinmechanik.
Der traditionell verfolgte technologische Ansatz der Lackfabrik Bäder GmbH & Co. KG, nicht nur ein qualitativ hochwertiges und einwandfreies Produkt zu entwickeln, sondern dabei auch Rohstoffe einzusetzen, welche möglichst schonend auf Mensch und Natur wirken hat sich seit Jahren bewährt. Während die Eigenschaft des extrem schnellen Trocknens zwar die Verwendung von organischen Lösungsmitteln mit einer relativ niedrigen Verdunstungszahl erfordert, beschränkt sich die Gefahreneinstufung unseres Schraubensicherungslack Fast Dry auf die GHS-Symbole „Flamme“ und „Ausrufezeichen“ und schneidet damit deutlich besser ab als der Industriestandard.
